Two international summit meetings will be held in Gothenburg in western Sweden June 14 to 16, and local authorities expect at least ten thousand demonstrators. Certain parts of the city will be closed and delays may occur because of traffic restrictions. Whenever protests occur the chance for unrest exists, so travelers not planning to demonstrate should avoid Gothenburg on these dates.
