Still trying to recover from the devastation of last October’s Hurricane Mitch, Honduras is now suffering from a week of torrential rains that caused flooding, evacuations and the declaration of a state of emergency in 50 areas. For the time being, travel outside the capital city of Tegucigalpa may be difficult.
