A land dispute between rival tribal chiefs erupted into violence May 8 with one death and scores of injuries. The unrest occurred in the villages of Kokrobite and Langa near the popular Mile 16 beach area west of Accra. More trouble is likely, and visitors are encouraged to stay clear of the area.
