By Larry Habegger | Permalink |Echoing its worldwide caution of Oct. 10, the State Department update its public announcement on the Middle East Nov. 4 to inform Americans about the potential for further terrorist actions against Americans in the region, including the Arabian Peninsula and North Africa. Recent incidents in the area include an attack on U.S. forces in Kuwait that killed a Marine, an attack on a French oil tanker off the coast of Yemen, and the murder of a U.S. diplomat in Jordan.
