The killing of one American and wounding of another in an attack near Camp Doha, the main U.S. army base in Kuwait, was the third such incident since October. Most of the country still appreciates the U.S. presence and support, but hostility toward U.S. policy is growing. If possible, avoid official U.S. installations.
