The U.S. State Department has reissued three public announcements cautioning against the potential of terrorist attacks throughout the world, and specifically in the Middle East, North Africa, and East Africa. The announcements warn of anti-American sentiment, the threat of al Qaeda attacks, and the possibility of both official and civilian targets.
