Bermuda

While much of the rest of the world embraces gambling as a way to draw tourists and extract their money, the supreme court in Bermuda has banned gaming machines from bars and hotels while the government announced it would not allow casinos onto the island. The chamber of commerce had hoped for a debate on the merits of casinos, but was rebuffed.
