Tanzania: Cholera Outbreak in Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania

By Larry Habegger | Permalink | No Comments | May 23rd, 2006 | Trackback

Heavy rains that followed a long drought brought relief but also washed waste into water catchment areas, sparking a cholera outbreak on the mainland and in the Zanzibar archipelago. Eat only fully-cooked food and drink purified or bottled beverages.
