Italy: Strikes to Affect Transit, Air Travel in Milan and Rome
By Larry Habegger | Permalink |Three strikes are planned in Milan that could disrupt travel: two are four-hour walkouts by ground personnel at Malpense and Linate airports on Nov. 24 and 29; the third is an eight-hour strike by rail workers Nov. 27 that could affect rail service. In Rome, airport workers at Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino) plan an eight-hour strike Nov. 29.
