By Larry Habegger | Permalink |London Underground workers announced two 72-hour strikes for September that will disrupt all Tube transit and clog city streets as commuters find other means to move around the city. The first strike will take place from 6 p.m. Sept. 3 to 6 p.m. Sept. 6, and the second is planned from 6 p.m. Sept. 10 to 6 p.m. Sept. 13.
