Netherlands: Three-Day Waiting Period to Buy Magic Mushrooms in Amsterdam

A sharp increase in ambulance calls involving magic mushrooms prompted Amsterdam officials to implement a three-day waiting period for purchasing them. The ordinance is an attempt to stop tourists from indulging in what can be a dangerous practice because most tourists don’t stay in Amsterdam more than three days. In the most recent statistics, 92 percent of the emergency incidents with magic mushrooms involved tourists. The national government is considering a full ban.

Keep the magic mushrooms legal they are very fun and safe so long as they are sold legally they are clean and actually quite good for your health, they make you giggle and laugh and they are better than tv and video games, alcohol and cigarettes and lots of other things. MAGIC MUSHROOMS MUST REMAIN LEGAL!
