Hungary: Budapest Airport Strike Disrupts Flights

Airport employees planned an indefinite strike beginning Dec. 10 at Budapest’s Ferihegy Airport after unions and airport management failed to reach agreement on a new labor contract. The strike shut down the airport the morning of Dec. 10 but some flights resumed in the afternoon. Flight cancellations and delays are likely until the strike is settled.
