Sweden: Group Encourages Attacks on Shops Selling U.S. Goods

A Stockholm radio report stated that individuals were passing out leaflets in Ronna, Sodertalje encouraging attacks on shops selling American products. The U.S. Embassy in Stockholm contacted local police and learned that the group advocating the attacks with Molotov Cocktails called itself Global Intifada and claimed responsibility for a number of arson attacks in the area about 18 miles south of Stockholm. Police are investigating but thus far have not connected the group to any recent fires.
