Senegal and Cape Verde: Dengue Fever on the Rise
By Larry Habegger | Permalink |An outbreak of dengue fever occurred in Cape Verde, with more than 3,000 cases reported and one death. Dengue is spread by mosquitoes and there is no specific treatment for it. The only prevention is to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes.
