Senegal: Bank Card Skimming Increasing in Dakar

By Larry Habegger | Permalink | No Comments | January 26th, 2011 | Trackback

Their cards were skimmed and fraudulent charges appeared from as far away as Canada and Oregon. There have also been suspected cases in major hotels in the city. The Embassy recommends not using debit or credit cards in Dakar, or closely monitoring your accounts if you do.
