Russia: Plans to Open Inland Rivers to Foreign Tourists

By Larry Habegger | Permalink | No Comments | March 2nd, 2011 | Trackback

The new legislation aims to prevent the long waits and hopes to bring in revenue from tourists. Pending passage and the necessary investment in marine infrastructure, this could become an exciting opportunity for water-bourn travelers to take on a new frontier.
