Caribbean: Cash-Strapped Islands Offer Citizenship Bargains

By Larry Habegger and Laurie Weed | Permalink | No Comments | February 13th, 2013 | Trackback

For travelers interested in a second passport or a resident visa in another country, cash-strapped islands such as Dominica or St. Kitts may offer the best bargains. Many other nations offer “investor visas,” including the U.S., but the investment requirement is usually much higher—$500,000 to $1 million dollars—and the paperwork can be extensive.
