Finland: Phony Police Try for Credit Card Numbers in Helsinki

Police in Helsinki received three reports in June of con artists dressed as police stopping tourists to ask for their passports and credit cards in an attempt to obtain credit card numbers. Police said they had at least two male suspects and no reports yet of fraudulent use of card numbers obtained this way.
